Abstrakt
Przedmiotem w niniejszej pracy jest wpływ Funduszy unijnych na rozwój MSP na przykładzie Sądeckich Wodociągów spółka z o.o. w Nowym Sączu. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie oraz próba analizy wpływu funduszy unijnych w rozwoju firmy na przykładzie Sądeckich Wodociągów. Zrealizowanie tego celu w pracy wiązało się z określeniem miejsca i roli MSP w gospodarce kraju, barier utrudniających funkcjonowanie oraz rozwój MSP w Polsce oraz jakie instrumenty należy zaoferować przedsiębiorstwom w celu zapewnienia im dalszego funkcjonowania i rozwoju. Praca składa się zarówno z części teoretycznej jak i empirycznej. Struktura formalna pracy składa się ze wstępu, pięciu tematycznych rozdziałów, zakończenia, bibliografii oraz spisu tabel i rysunków. Podstawowa hipoteza badawcza zakłada, że fundusze unijne mają decydujący wpływ na rozwój firmy należącej do sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Aby udowodnić powyższą hipotezę wybrano trzy metody analizy: identyfikację etapu rozwoju na podstawie modelu Churchilla i Lewis oraz Bruce i Scotta, a także diagnozę potencjału wzrostowego firmy POS. Przedsiębiorstwo Sądeckie Wodociągi spółka z o.o. znajduję się w fazie dojrzałości. Całość pracy została napisana na podstawie źródeł wtórnych. Stanowią je literatura przedmiotu oraz dane wewnętrzne uzyskane z firmy.
The object of this study is the impact of EU funds on the development of SMEs as an example Nowy Sącz Water Supply Limited Liability Company New Sącz. Aim of this study is to provide and attempt to analyze the impact of EU funds in the company's development as an example Nowy Sącz Water. The realization of this goal in the work associated with determining the place and role of SMEs in the national economy, barriers to the functioning and development of SMEs in Poland and what instruments should be offered to businesses in order to ensure their continued functioning and development. Work consists of both theoretical and empirical. The formal structure of the work consists of an introduction, five thematic chapters, conclusion, bibliography, and list of tables and figures. The basic research hypothesis assumes that EU funds have a decisive influence on the development of the company belonging to the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises. To prove the above hypothesis selected three methods of analysis: the identification stage of development based on the model of Churchill and Lewis and Bruce and Scott, as well as the diagnosis of POS growth potential. Sądeckie Water Company Limited Liability Company I am in the maturity stage. The whole work was written on the basis of secondary sources. Represent them literature and data obtained from internal company.
