Metody wyceny przedsiębiorstw wykorzystywane w polskich organizacjach
This study addresses the valuation of high-growth companies (growth type) operating in the retail sector, where aggressive organic expansion and substantial capital expenditures pose a challenge to standard analytical models. The research was conducted using the case study of Dino Polska S.A., analyzing its financial and operational data from 2014 to 2025 through income-based valuation (FCFF and FCFE models), market-based comparative valuation, as well as comprehensive strategic and financial ratio analysis. The findings indicate that the primary drivers of the company's value creation are its unique and repeatable business model in the proximity supermarket format, a real estate ownership strategy, high operational efficiency, and vertical integration within the supply chain. The income approach confirms that the high market capitalization of Dino Polska S.A. on the Warsaw Stock Exchange is justified by its fundamental capacity to generate free cash flows and scale operations effectively. Furthermore, the sustained high valuation multiples reflect not only financial performance but also a "rarity premium" awarded by investors to mature growth entities in the Polish capital market. The resulting conclusions provide a valuable benchmark for the valuation and assessment of sustainable competitive advantages in other high-growth companies across emerging markets.
