| dc.description.abstract | Depresja, lęk i satysfakcja z życia to kluczowe wskaźniki dobrostanu psychicznego, których wzajemne zależności pozostają szczególnie istotne w kontekście zdrowia psychicznego mężczyzn. Badanie przeprowadzono wśród 100 dorosłych mężczyzn z różnych środowisk w Polsce, wykorzystując Inwentarz Depresji Becka (BDI-II), Inwentarz Stanu i Cechy Lęku (STAI) oraz Skalę Satysfakcji z Życia (SWLS). Analiza danych wykazała istotną statystycznie negatywną korelację między nasileniem objawów depresyjnych i poziomem lęku a poziomem satysfakcji z życia. Dodatkowo zauważono, że czynniki takie jak relacje partnerskie, aktywność zawodowa oraz wykształcenie wpływają na subiektywny dobrostan badanych mężczyzn. Wyniki potwierdzają znaczenie uwzględniania kontekstu płci w ocenie psychopatologii i wskazują na potrzebę rozwoju bardziej dostosowanych interwencji psychologicznych wspierających zdrowie psychiczne mężczyzn. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | Depression, anxiety, and life satisfaction are key indicators of psychological well-being, and their interrelations are particularly important in the context of men's mental health. The study was conducted among 100 adult men from various backgrounds in Poland, using the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Data analysis revealed a statistically significant negative correlation between the severity of depressive and anxiety symptoms and the level of life satisfaction. Additional findings indicated that factors such as relationship status, employment, and education level influenced the participants’ subjective well-being. The results highlight the importance of gender-sensitive approaches in the assessment of psychopathology and underscore the need for tailored psychological interventions to support men’s mental health. | en |
