Abstrakt
Public-private partnership is becoming more and more popular in a world
public policy. It is an agreement between government and the private sector
regarding the provision of public services or infrastructure – for financing,
designing, construction, management and etc. Bringing the public and private
sector together, the government hopes that such partnership will create better
value for money for citizens because it is seen as an effective mechanism to
combat social exclusion and to enhance local community development.
