dc.description.abstractNiniejsza praca ma celu analizę inwestycji jednostek samorządu terytorialnego na przykładzie gminy Łukowica w latach 2010-2013. W pracy przedstawiono gminę jako podstawową jednostkę samorządu terytorialnego – jej funkcje, zadania, organy oraz zaprezentowano gospodarkę finansową jako źródło finansowania inwestycji. Omówiono rolę i znaczenie inwestycji w rozwoju lokalnym oraz nakreślono politykę inwestycyjną jednostek samorządu terytorialnego. Przedmiotem badań jest sytuacja społeczno-demograficzna gminy oraz wpływy i wydatki w budżecie gminy w kontekście realizowanych inwestycji. Szczegółowa analiza inwestycji dotyczyła zakresu tematycznego oraz wysokości nakładów inwestycyjnych w poszczególnych latach. Dokonano też analizy porównawczej działań inwestycyjnych gminy Łukowica z działaniami o podobnym charakterze innych gmin.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the thesis is to analyse investments in local government units on the basis of Łukowica commune in the years 2010-2013. The function, role and organs of the commune are presented as well as fiscal economy as the source of financing investments. The role and importance of investment in local development are discussed along with investment politics of the local government. The research matter is the socio-demographic situation of Łukowica commune as well as the incomes and expenses in the context of investments. A detailed investments analysis concentrated on the thematic aspects and the level of investment expenses in the analysed period of time. The author made a comparative analysis of investments of Łukowica commune in relation to other communes of a similar profile.pl
