| dc.description.abstract | Celem pracy jest charakterystyka publicznych źródeł finansowania zakładania i rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw oraz ocena znaczenia tych środków procesie zakładania i wzrostu przedszkola „Bajkowy Świat”. Wykorzystane w pracy metody badawcze to: analiza dokumentacji firmy oraz wywiad bezpośredni swobodny. Wykorzystano także: model Churchill’a i Lewis, diagnozę potencjału wzrostowego firmy POS, diagnozę źródeł finansowania w cyklu życia firmy. Źródłami wtórnymi były wewnętrzne dokumenty firmy, a źródłem pierwotnym, wywiad. Firma „Bajkowy Świat” znajduje się w fazie zaistnienia na rynku. W tej fazie zapotrzebowanie na kapitał zewnętrzny wiąże się z tworzeniem bazy funkcjonalnej, struktury organizacyjnej, zakupem gruntów, budynków, zaopatrzenia, akcesoriów, materiałów i wyposażenia oraz zaspokojeniem bieżących potrzeb. Wsparcie ze źródeł publicznych było niezbędne dla analizowanej firmy by zaistnieć na rynku i móc osiągać dalszy wzrost. Bez dofinansowania firma nie byłaby zdolna wykorzystać rynkowych szans w postaci stale rosnącego popytu na usługi przedszkolne. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the thesis was to present public sources of funding for establishing and development of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as the evaluation of the importance of those sources in the process of starting and growth of the kindergarten “Fabulous World”. The research methods included the analysis of secondary sources and direct, unstructured interview with the company owner. Moreover, the following analytical methods were applied: the small company life cycle model by N. Churchill and V. Lewis, the diagnosis of the growth potential according to EOS (Entrepreneur, Organization, Strategy) components and the diagnosis of the demand for external funding in the life cycle phases. The primary source of the information was an unstructured interview and the secondary sources encompassed the internal records of the company under study. The “Fabulous World” company is in the inception phase of life cycle. In this phase, the demand for external capital is justified by the need to develop the company organizational structure and material infrastructure, such as facilities and equipment, as well as to support its current operations. Support from public sources was necessary for the analyzed company to enter the market and to grow further. Without this funding the company would not be able to exploit market opportunities of constantly growing demand for kindergarten services. | pl |
